Data Deletion Instructions

1. Who processes your data
Aidos Company ("Aidos Company", "we", "us", "our") is a service brand operated by Kel-Kel Global LLC, a limited liability company duly registered in the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Your right to deletion
You have the right to request deletion of personal data we process about you. This includes data we received through:
- Direct messages on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp Business handled by our AI assistants;
- Voice or text inputs sent to our chatbots;
- Contact information you shared with our agents (name, phone number, email, social handles);
- Any conversation history, message content, and related metadata stored in our systems.
3. How to submit a deletion request
To request deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to office@the-aidos.com.
- Subject line: Data deletion request.
- In the body of the message include: your full name; the identifier you contacted us through (Instagram username, Facebook profile name, WhatsApp phone number, Page name, or similar); and a short statement: "I request deletion of all my personal data processed by Aidos Company."
- Optional: indicate whether you also want us to delete any backups or anonymized analytics records associated with you.
You may submit the request in English, Russian, or Kyrgyz.
4. Verification
Before we delete your data, we may ask you to confirm the request from the same channel or account from which the original data was collected (for example, by replying from the same Instagram account or phone number). This step protects you from someone else requesting deletion of your data on your behalf.
5. What gets deleted
Upon confirmation, we will delete:
- All conversation history between you and our AI assistants;
- Your contact identifiers (Instagram ID, phone number, email, name, etc.);
- Message content, attachments and any metadata directly associated with you;
- Records held by our processors on our behalf (OpenAI for model inference, n8n Cloud for workflow orchestration) to the extent technically possible under their retention policies;
- Any backups within the next regular backup rotation cycle.
We may retain a minimal record of the fact that a deletion request was made and fulfilled, solely to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations.
6. Response time
We will process your request and complete deletion within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receiving a verifiable request. If we need more time due to the complexity or volume of requests, we will inform you and complete deletion within a maximum of 60 days.
7. Default retention
Even if you do not request deletion, we automatically delete operational conversation data within 60 days of your last interaction with us, unless retention is required by applicable law.
8. Exceptions
We may retain certain data, in a minimal and protected form, where required by:
- Applicable laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, including tax and accounting legislation;
- Legitimate need to defend legal claims;
- Anti-fraud and platform safety obligations imposed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
In such cases, retained data will be limited to the minimum necessary and protected by appropriate security measures.
