The Company develops and implements artificial-intelligence solutions: chatbots, AI assistants, AI agents, and related setup and training services.

The scope, timeline and price of services are defined individually for each project and fixed in a separate agreement.

3. Use of the website

The website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to use the website for unlawful actions and not to disrupt its operation.

4. Intellectual property

All website materials — texts, graphics, logo, design — belong to Kel-Kel Global LLC and are protected by law. Use without written permission is not allowed.

5. Requests and contact form

By submitting a form on the website, you provide your contact details so we can reach you. Submitting a form does not constitute a service agreement.

6. Instagram AI Agent Service

The service for connecting AI agents to Instagram accounts is under development. Its terms of use will be published separately at launch.

The service will operate in accordance with the policies and rules of the Meta platform.

7. Limitation of liability

Information on the website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the website.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic. Disputes are resolved in accordance with applicable law.
